Her clinical expertise includes Functional Communication Training (FCT), Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA), and the development of meaningful, individualised functional replacement behaviours. She is especially passionate about empowering parents and caregivers with practical tools and strategies that lead to lasting, positive change.

Molly is a Behaviour Support Practitioner working in the Logan area of Qld. She has five years of experience working with young people, including two years specialising in early intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delay.
Molly has previously worked as both an Early Intervention Specialist and Behaviour Therapist, which included establishing and implementing individualised therapeutic supports targeting functional communication, play, daily living, and school readiness skills. She has a particular passion for reducing challenging behaviours and teaching clients functional replacement skills that lead to positive and meaningful outcomes.

Natalie is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner working on the Northern beaches of Sydney.
Natalie has a background as a qualified Early Childhood and Primary teacher and as a result has facilitated the learning of countless children with diverse needs for over twelve years. Inspired by her own children,Natalie became passionate about finding new ways to support children who experience learning and developmental challenges, particularly with social, emotional and behavioural skills. She began studying a graduate diploma in special education and developed an interest in ABA approaches and the positive impact this can have on children’s lives.
Since then Natalie has worked with children with complex needs including Autism, ADHD, neurological conditions and learning and communication difficulties on a variety of skills in both early intervention groups and inclusive settings as well as supporting families to help them reach their full potential.
