Sami is a Behaviour Specialist at Kameleon Group working across Forster and Taree. Sami has a wealth of practical experience from over 12 years working in educational roles across multiple schools, while studying for her Master’s in Special Education.

Sami spent seven of those years as a Learning Assistance and Support Teacher, effectively providing specialised support and programs to cater for students in need as well as developing resolute skills in behavioural management, conflict resolution and peer mediation.

Sami has experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner across all ages and is currently completing her Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She has a passion for holistic health, combining aspects of both physical and mental fitness to improve quality of life.

Sami and the Kameleon team offer quality specialist behaviour support across a range of abilities and needs.

Jordan is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches/North Shore. Jordan has completed a post graduate certificate specialising in Autism.

Jordan has worked in a number of different roles during his career within the disability field including managing group homes and client funding as a support coordinator.

Jordan has a wealth of experience in supporting clients with complex behavioural needs and working with teams to best support individuals with various disabilities.

Jordan is passionate about empowering families and training support staff to provide the best person centred support that enables individuals to achieve their goals, develop new skills and enrich their relationships.

Kana is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at  Kameleon Group working across Brisbane, Queensland.

Kana is an energetic enthusiastic team player who possesses effective communication and strong  skills that convey empathy and sincerity. Kana speaks Japanese at an intermediate level.

Kana graduated with a Bachelors degree in Communications at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada, and is currently studying a Masters of ABA at Monash University.

Kana has 6 years of experience working in disability and has experience working with complex needs, particularly in early intervention. She is passionate about communication, advocacy, and intersectionality while working through a trauma informed lens.

Kerri-Leigh is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at  Kameleon Group working across Brisbane, Queensland.

Kerri-Leigh has a passion for empowering her clients to be the driving force behind their goals and achievements and helps them shine in their neurodiversity as the amazing individuals they are.

Kerri-Leigh began her career in Early Intervention and then was encouraged to successfully pursue her Master’s in ABA at Monash University followed by  her BCBA credentials. She has extensive experience in case management and supervising teams to create programs and interventions for meaningful change in the lives of her clients and their families.

Kerri-Leigh loves learning and pursuing knowledge to ensure she always gives her clients high quality and ethical service delivery.

Kristie is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across the northern part of the Sunshine Coast and Gympie areas, in Queensland.

Kristie graduated with a bachelor of Psychological Science from Central Queensland University in 2018. She completed a Post graduate diploma of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University in 2022, with a view to complete a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis in the near future.

Kristie has experience supporting individuals with multiple and complex diagnoses presenting with behaviours of concern and harm. She has provided support to individuals in a variety of settings, across diverse developmental stages of life.

Kristie is passionate about identifying the precise variables influencing behaviour and providing clear individualised strategies to empower and improve the lives of individuals and their families.

Nadia is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner and Psychologist who supports individuals with Behaviour Support services across Melbourne, Victoria.

Nadia has graduated with a Bachelor of Arts – Psychology, Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced, and a Master of Professional Psychology and has been supporting participants of the NDIS since 2019. Nadia has supported individuals across the lifespan who present with complex support needs and have a history of trauma.

Nadia is passionate about reducing the stigma of mental illness, encouraging people to reach their full potential, and utilising a person-centred approach to ensure that the support strategies recommended are relevant and helpful to the individual being supported.

Regine has many years of experience in providing positive behaviour support to young children, adolescents and adults with disabilities. She has provided services across multiple settings including childcare centres, schools, community and supported employment.

Regine enjoys delivering evidence-based positive behaviour intervention to people of all ages to help them achieve their full potential and enhance their quality of life. She is passionate about providing trauma-informed positive behaviour support. She adopts the
Functional Communication Training approach and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) philosophy, which focuses on teaching functional and meaningful skills to replace the need for behaviours of concern.

Sien is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Clinical Lead at the Kameleon Group working in Perth , Western Australia.

Sien is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who has experience providing evidence-based early intervention to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, supporting their families, and empowering the community.

In addition to supporting individuals with disabilities. Sien has also provided training and supervision to behaviour therapists. She is a staunch advocate of continuous learning and growth – a value she has instilled in every therapist she has trained and supervised.

 

Tamara is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Perth who has six years’ experience in the disability field and has worked in both intensive early intervention and adult programs.

Tamara worked for 4 years as a RBT under the supervision of a BCBA/speech pathologist implementing speech programs using Applied Behaviour Analysis techniques, and has a special interest in speech development as she feels that everybody should be able to communicate their wants and needs. Her goal is to always create a fun environment for her participants .

Tamara has completed her Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith university and is working toward her masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Tamara is passionate about ABA and providing individuals high-quality ethical behaviour support services.

 

Tammy is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across the South -East Brisbane Region of Queensland.

Tammy completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Griffith University in 2022 and is currently working towards completion of a Master’s in EducationApplied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University.

Tammy has 11 years’ experience in the disability field including several years of direct support work and managing Supported Independent Living homes of individuals with complex behaviourial needs. Since becoming a Behaviour Practitioner, she has worked with individuals of all complexities, within all developmental stages of life and across a variety of settings.

Tammy has a keen interest in early intervention, focusing on developing skills in an engaging, fun and strengths- based manner.
