Tammy completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Griffith University in 2022 and is currently working towards completion of a Master’s in Education – Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University.
Tammy has 11 years’ experience in the disability field including several years of direct support work and managing Supported Independent Living homes of individuals with complex behaviourial needs. Since becoming a Behaviour Practitioner, she has worked with individuals of all complexities, within all developmental stages of life and across a variety of settings.
Tammy has a keen interest in early intervention, focusing on developing skills in an engaging, fun and strengths- based manner.
Verity is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across Adelaide, South Australia.
Verity is experienced in providing support to complex clients including individuals with a variety of needs and has been instrumental in decreasing challenging behaviours. Verity has been awarded a Doctor of Philosophy PhD – in Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.
Verity is focused on delivering high quality services contributing to an individual’s social and functional improvement. and applying her skills in trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour support to work alongside vulnerable individuals and their families to unlock potential and achieve their goals.
Vicki is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working in Sydney, New South Wales.
Vicki possesses significant experience in Behaviour Support from her time as an NDIS Support Coordinator, Behaviour Support Practitioner and Teaching Assistant.
Vicki is passionate about her role and providing direct support for individuals of all ages with disabilities. She believes in building support networks and reinforcing positive behaviours.
Wesley is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across the Gold Coast Region, Queensland. Wesley has shown success in teaching, learning and leading; across a variety of settings.
Wesley is a father of two children, and one diagnosed with DLD so he has a personal understanding with parenting neurodiversity. He is highly motivated to understand what families need and a strong advocator of others.
Wesley has a passion for engaging authentically with clients and his community to ensure everyone has access to the support they deserve. He brings a uniqueness due to his adventurous pursuits; a Paragliding Pilot, Rural Firefighter, Master Diver Trainer, Musician, and consistently demonstrated a natural ability to organically bring positive change.
