Having extensive experience in early intervention, and loves assisting young individuals and their families to work together and achieve functional and socially significant goals. She believes that each person has a voice and advocates that they are heard and understood by the wider community. Vidushi has a keen interest and passionately works with individuals from cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and speaks English, Urdu and Hindi.

Vivian, is a Behaviour Support Practitioner working across the Eastern and Inner Sydney Suburbs.
Previously, Vivian excelled in a 25-year career in Marketing and Events, with global roles managing creative agencies and mentoring large teams at Managing Director Level.
Following a life-long passion to support and enrich the lives of children and families facing mental, social and emotional challenges, Vivian was thrilled to embark on ABA the path in April 2019 and complete a Bachelor of Psycholgical Science with Distinction from UNSW in 2021.
