Fiona is Acting Director of Clinical Services and a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Kameleon Group working in Brisbane, Queensland.
Fiona is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with a wealth of experience as a Behaviour Analyst, Case Manager, Behaviour Therapist & ABA Specialist.
Fiona has years of experience working in different countries – supporting and providing care for individuals with behavioural challenges and complex needs in residential, centre-based and home-based facilities. She also specialises in supporting individuals with autism.

Sien is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Kameleon Group working in Perth , Western Australia.
Sien is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who has experience providing evidence-based early intervention to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, supporting their families, and empowering the community.
In addition to supporting individuals with disabilities. Sien has also provided training and supervision to behaviour therapists. She is a staunch advocate of continuous learning and growth – a value she has instilled in every therapist she has trained and supervised.
Ben is a Kameleon Clinical Lead and Behaviour Support Practitioner working across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore.
He brings over 14 years’ experience in the disability sector, having worked across a range of roles, including several years in direct support, four years managing group homes supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs, and his current role as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Ben is highly process-driven and demonstrates strong capability in coaching and mentoring staff while delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with high support needs. He is passionate about supporting people to work towards meaningful goals and develop practical skills, while also collaborating with teams to build positive relationships, implement effective strategies, and create supportive, enabling environments.
Ben holds AASW-accredited qualifications and professional membership, reflecting his commitment to ethical practice and professional excellence. With a broad background in disability and behaviour support, and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis (awaiting conferral), Ben continues to invest in developing his knowledge and skills to better support his team and clients.
Nina is a Behaviour Specialist and Clinical Lead at Kameleon Group working across the northern suburbs of Brisbane. Nina has extensive experience working with NDIS participants ranging from adolescents transitioning out of Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention to older individuals and the Forensic Disability Service.
Nina is driven by a passion for understanding complex behaviours, disseminating evidence based strategies and utilising them to enrich the lives of individuals, families and communities through her person-centred approach.
Natalie is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner working on the Northern beaches of Sydney.
Natalie has a background as a qualified Early Childhood and Primary teacher and as a result has facilitated the learning of countless children with diverse needs for over twelve years. Inspired by her own children,Natalie became passionate about finding new ways to support children who experience learning and developmental challenges, particularly with social, emotional and behavioural skills. She began studying a graduate diploma in special education and developed an interest in ABA approaches and the positive impact this can have on children’s lives.
Since then Natalie has worked with children with complex needs including Autism, ADHD, neurological conditions and learning and communication difficulties on a variety of skills in both early intervention groups and inclusive settings as well as supporting families to help them reach their full potential. Natalie uses a fun, strengths based, holistic approach and is committed to ensuring positive outcomes for all clients.
As a local of the beautiful Northern beaches of Sydney she never stops trying to find places to
explore, either on the water on her stand up paddleboard or on land with her cute little dog Ruby.
Jordan is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches/North Shore. Jordan has completed a post graduate certificate specialising in Autism.
Jordan has worked in a number of different roles during his career within the disability field including managing group homes and client funding as a support coordinator.
Jordan has a wealth of experience in supporting clients with complex behavioural needs and working with teams to best support individuals with various disabilities.
Jordan is passionate about empowering families and training support staff to provide the best person centred support that enables individuals to achieve their goals, develop new skills and enrich their relationships.
Jodi is a Behaviour Support Practitioner working across Taree and Forster in the Manning Valley, New South Wales.
Jodi has a Bachelor degree is Social Science and is studying a Master’s of Social Work. She has a passion for assisting people to build new skills and achieve goals.
Jodi has 15 years’ experience in the Community Services Sector, having worked supporting children in Out of Home Care, children at risk of removal and facilitated parenting programs to build capacity. For the past five years Jodi has been delivering the NDIS in her community as a Local Area Coordinator, Early Childhood Early Intervention Coordinator and Support Coordinator.
Jodi has a broad range of disability knowledge and is experienced with supporting people of all ages and complexities Jodi is thrilled to now be using her skills and experience to provide Positive Behaviour Support with Kameleon and is committed to ensuring positive outcomes for all.
David is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across the Mid Coast Council Region, New South Wales. David has demonstrated success in teaching, learning and leading, across a variety of educational and professional settings.
He has developed authentic relationships by utilising a highly effective, collaborative approach to all initiatives and programs.
David has spent over 6 years teaching and educating, as well as 2 years as an Intensive Support Teacher implementing interventions and frequently managing negative social and emotional behaviours whenever presented.
David has a passion for engaging with his clients and community to ensure everyone has access to the support they deserve. He has consistently demonstrated an ability to bring positive change in the emotional and social capacity of his clients.
