Ariana is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and an Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with 14 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Behavior Science and a Master of Arts in Behaviour Analysis, both from Western Michigan University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Health Research from Griffith University. She is currently a PhD candidate at Monash University, furthering her expertise in the field.
Ariana has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents and adults with autism and other disabilities in therapeutic and positive behaviour support settings. She is passionate about delivering neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed interventions that empower individuals and their families, fostering meaningful growth and well-being.
