Denisa is our Director of Operations at Kameleon Group and has been with us since the early days. She has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is a driven, energetic, and highly experienced people and process manager.
With her business background, Denisa has experience working in both large organisations in the public and private sector as well as in exciting start-ups and she is making a positive difference in each role and creating a team culture where people feel valued.
Some of her key competencies are in leading and coaching individuals and teams in meeting objectives while also hitting company KPIs. Also very experienced in leading business process improvements through identifying and solving gaps and risks to improve business efficiency, reputation, and customer service.
More than anything, Denisa is passionate about creating an environment where participants and families have the red tape removed and have access to the best behaviour support available.
Denisa is an integral part of the Kameleon Group team and is always pushing the envelope of efficacy.
