Tracey is our Managing Partner and founder of Kameleon Group. Tracey has worked in the disability sector for over 25 years, working in direct support roles, therapeutic roles, and across all levels of management. Tracey has also had the privilege to work alongside First Nations Communities and is a passionate advocate of taking a ‘whole family’ approach in all she does.
A mother to five adult children, and a proud grandmother to her 8 grandchildren, she embraces all life has to offer. Tracey is a qualified Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and works primarily in Early intervention and supervises our team of therapists throughout Australia.
Tracey is passionate about ABA, and the positive impact ABA programs have on young people and adults. Tracey loves working alongside the passionate and professional Kameleon team, bringing ABA to individuals and families. Backed with qualifications in Psychology, Counselling and Applied Behaviour Analysis, Tracey supports the Kameleon team to learn and grow together, to continually improve on the supports we provide to individuals and families.
